Tasks Summary & Responsibilities
    Report Management: Researches and prepares statistical reports using data from multiple systems and internal surveys. Consolidates information into cohesive and understandable correspondence or other written form for use in management decision-making.
    Translate technical issues: Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users
    Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through information systems. Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes
    Project Management: Plans, organizes and conducts business process reengineering/improvement projects. Recommended solutions should be developed in consultation with impacted internal and external stakeholders.
    Represent project stakeholders throughout the process: Directs or participates in development of new and existing programs and special projects to determine feasibility, resolve problems including organizational, procedural, technical and fiscal research and analysis; develops Systems and procedures to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and/or improve internal and external customer service; develops information system documentation to support for the use of Business Users; prepares reports and written findings and recommendations; and monitors changes.
    Interpret business needs: Defines and documents customer business functions and processes. Consults with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
    Team Monitoring: Provides work direction to team members. Provides technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching professional
    Test and validation: Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality. Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes.

Requirement
    Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical discipline
o    6-8+ years of industry experience in data analysis. Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
o    Experience in SQL and manipulating large data sets in a database
o    Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.)
o    Lead a team of analysts and manage their deliverables.
o    Strong quantitative skills, particularly managing and developing associates in this skill set
o    Advanced project management skills and demonstrated experience successfully managing a cross functional team
o    Strong organizational skills and Customer oriented approach to business
 
o    Experience managing data-oriented teams (e.g. business analysis, business intelligence, etc.)
o    Advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL, data modelling, and working with “Big Data”
o    Computer programming experience in Python, Ruby, or Java
o    Excellent hands-on experience with Tableau Dashboard, Tableau Server and understand the data warehouse concepts.
o    Experience on CRM tools like Salesforce.com
o    Excellent problem-solving skills
o    Excited to learn new technologies and analytical methodologies relating to business intelligence and data analysis
o    Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to translate ambiguous business requirements into complex analyses and actionable insights
