Job Overview

Job / Position Overview:

This position is responsible for Master data maintainace in SAP and ensuring Planning alignment and std process imlematation accors the site and overall knowledge on Supply chain management with good working skill in SAP on complete O2C and P2P process. The activities also include addressing supply chain issues/escalations, MIS for leadership, great skill in MS office and data gathering/reporting to Managment.

Key responsibilities

  • Master data mainatance in SAP for all the parts.
  • Process standardization across Value streams in the site.
  • Updation of BOM, Routing and co-ordination with CFT for Part release.
  • MIS and support Dash board development for the deliverables.
  • Planning parameters alignment in SAP.
  • Inventory and forecast management.
  • MM workflow management for new releases.
  • Procurement of good quality material on time with right quantity at right place
  • Support inventory management, OTD, Lead-time improvement and Logistic improvements.
  • S&OP of the operations toderive the deliverable.
  • Booking forecast and Billing rollup month to arrive at Trade billing.
  • Work with cross functional teams, understand the requirements and execute.

What your background should look like:

EDUCATION /KNOWLEDGE

  • BE (Mechanical/ EEE/ Electronics and Communication), BCom with MBA on Opeations
  • 5+ yrs
  • SAP knowledge in SD,MM,PP & WM
  • Experience in Customer/demand planning and Procurement with little Logistic Knowledge

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
