Job Overview

The SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST –  is responsible for assisting in various projects focused on, but not limited to, price realization, margin improvement, revenue leakage (ship & debit), and pipeline opportunity management (SFDC). They will also be expected to support local sales team on sales administration requirements as well as the Channel Sales Incentive Plan process (SIP) through bonus letter creation and administration.  This position has direct contact with various stakeholders, both internal and external (Distribution partners and Sales Leadership), and strong communication, and business acumen and analytical / system skills are a requirement.

Ship & Debit Management and Improvement (price)
•    Maintain, Support and interface with Channel Distributors on the Ship & Debit Process leveraging the Vistex software
•    Work with TEIS and related vendors on the upgrading, testing and expanding of the Vistex software enhancements.  Communicate with Distribution partners on the process and all system changes
•    Manage, analyze and support various programs with pricing support 
•    Communicate issues, progress and performance as needed to key stakeholders.
•    Update and report monthly on all related KPIs for pricing programs and the ship and debit process
•    Seek for opportunities of improvement from efficiency, additional savings, as well as control point of view

Pipeline Opportunity Management and Improvement
•    Support the TE-REG Channel deal registration program by working with stakeholders on all monthly performance metrics and analysis leveraging TE’s database systems/portals as well as Tableau as the BI tool
•    Advise the project on how pricing is to be applied to add significant value. 
•    Support all data needs on the TE-REG deal registration program   

Sales Administration Support
•    Support in customer account management, including but not limited to on-boarding, termination and renewal on legal documents, system setup, sales tools, training etc.
•    Work with sales team and Business Units on coding, sales territory mapping related sales team personnel changes.
•    Support Finance team in distributors POS Inventory data integrity
•    Provide local support on Sales Incentive Plan, Distributor Tiering as well as other global programs    

Continuous Improvement 
•    Maintain and provide supports in daily operation such as the TE-Waldom PFO program
•    Support and implement new projects development including process automation, system enhancement

What your background should look like:

•    3+ years of experience in finance/business analysis
•    Relevant data management experience desired
•    Experience with SFDC, SAP, Tableau a prerequisite.
•    Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics) or equivalent work experience in business roles
•    Master’s degree a plus
