Job Description: 

DESIRED SKILLS:

    Strong understanding of digital procurement and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes, ideally within global or electronics sourcing environments
    Proven experience in digital transformation, strategy or large-scale program delivery, including workflow automation and platform implementation
    Solid knowledge of data, analytics, and insight generation, with the ability to support reporting and AI-driven use cases
    Excellent project management skills with experience across full program lifecycles (requirements, design, deployment, change management)
    Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a focus on scalable and user-centric solution design
    Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams and influence at all levels
    Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional, and multicultural environments (Procurement, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance)

    Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and deliver in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines
    Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
    Flexibility to work across time zones and travel internationally as required

Job Overview

This role leads the end-to-end transformation of procurement through digital program delivery, including deployment of Source-to-Contract (S2C) platforms and low-code workflow solutions aligned to business priorities such as cost, speed, and risk. It owns the full lifecycle of digital initiatives—from business case and solution design to integration, deployment, and change management—ensuring structured execution and measurable outcomes. The role focuses on building scalable, user-centric solutions that standardize and automate sourcing processes while enabling strong data and analytics capabilities. Additionally, it acts as a bridge between procurement, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, and governance, while tracking platform usage, process efficiency, and overall business impact..

KEY RESPONSBILITIES:

  • 1. Digital Program Leadership
    •    Lead end-to-end deployment of Source-to-Contract (S2C) platforms (e.g., Jaggaer, GEP) across procurement processes
    •    Drive implementation of digital workflows and use-case solutions using off-the-shelf / low-code platforms (e.g., Regrello)
    •    Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with business priorities (cost, speed, NPI, risk, supplier collaboration)

    2. End-to-End Program Delivery
    •    Own the full lifecycle of digital programs: 
    o    Business case and roadmap development
    o    Requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment
    o    Solution design and prototyping
    o    System configuration and integration
    o    Testing (UAT), deployment, and stabilization
    o    Training and change management
    •    Drive structured project management, timelines, and risk mitigation

    3. Solution Design & Innovation
    •    Translate business needs into scalable, user-centric digital solutions
    •    Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify and automate sourcing workflows
    •    Build and scale modular, reusable solutions for multiple procurement use cases

    4. Data & Analytics Enablement
    •    Work closely with analytics teams to ensure: 
    o    Seamless integration of transactional and master data
    o    Availability of structured datasets for reporting and AI use cases
    •    Enable advanced analytics and AI-driven capabilities (e.g., cost analytics, supplier insights, NPI tracking)

    5. Stakeholder & Change Management
    •    Partner with: 
    o    Procurement teams (category, NPI, PBL, plant sourcing)
    o    IT / digital / external vendors
    o    Cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance)
    •    Drive user adoption, training, and change management
    •    Act as a bridge between business and technology teams

    6. Governance & Performance Tracking
    •    Establish governance frameworks for deployment and adoption
    •    Track and report: 
    o    Platform adoption (% usage, compliance)
    o    Process efficiency gains (cycle times, automation benefits)
    o    Business impact (cost savings, productivity, speed)

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
