Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s IT Business Analysis Teams analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. They provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. They also configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing, create specifications for systems to meet business requirements and design details of automated systems. At times, TE’s IT Business Analysis Teams may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems and lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

RESPONSBILITIES

•Produce and maintain reports used by the organization to measure broadly used KPIs and metrics ranging from detailed engineering processes to financial information
•Continuous improvement activities to expand data collection, report creation streamlining, and improve end user experience 
•Work on Process Automation projects
•Work frequently and effectively across multiple organizations and band levels to accomplish common reporting goals – aligning any data collection / report capabilities where overlapping may occur
•Regularly assemble data from various disparate sources (from multiple analytics suits, platforms, portals, etc.) into consolidated reports and dashboards.
•Solve ad-hoc requirements of Management related to data for critical decision making
•Ability to effectively troubleshoot data inaccuracies, identify root causes, and take corrective action

DESIRED SKILL

Knowledge in SQL coding language, PowerQuery, and relational database processes

•    Strong aptitude using Excel and Pivot Tables
•    Knowledgeable in Visual Basic (VBA) and SharePoint (lists and other capabilities)
•    Strong problem-solving capabilities. Results oriented. Relies on fact-based logic for decision making.
•    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
•    Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet a critical deadline
•    Self-motivated, ability to prioritize work and multi-task across many assignments in a fast-paced work     environment
•    Good knowledge of AWS Cloud Services will be added advantage
