Job Overview

This position will be responsible for supporting our BCS FP&A activities to enable greater performance through enhanced reporting, analysis, key performance indicator tracking, and follow up on critical items to ensure the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets as well as the long term optimization of our business in alignment with our strategy. The Finance Analyst will report to the FP&A Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • DOA Champion : Manage Delegation of Authority in the various systems.
  • Opex Budget, Forecast, RnO & Actual vs Forecast analytics by functional leaders.
  • Design meaningful report and dashboards from SAP/ERP and other legacy systems, PowerBI spreadsheets, reporting & planning tools, and data warehouse applications (for example, TED).
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial reporting packages, quarterly forecasts, annual budget, strategic plan, and various ad hoc financial analysis for the BCS management team (Dashboards, waterfalls, bridges, charts, graphs, etc.)
  • Perform financial analysis by leveraging and developing financial models to provide insightful financial information that supports our internal customers to make business decisions
  • Participate in ongoing process improvement and automation efforts and support in transitioning the BCS Finance Function from transactional focused to a value-added Business Partner
  • Assist in documenting key processes and identifying potential control weaknesses. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and support risk mitigation through standard work creation and documentation
  • Act as the liaison for reporting requirements. Ensure deliverables are aligned, accurate, and submitted on time. Prepare high-quality management reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or other analytical field.
  • 5+ years of experience with financial analysis, reporting, sales trend analysis, and distilling key takeaways from a set of data.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization across multiple cultures
  • Deals well with ambiguity, demonstrates intellectual curiosity and ownership of tasks
  • Proficiency in TE Data Warehouse tools, SAP, and JDA, Tableau, Power BI are a plus
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
