Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Financial Planning & Analysis Teams develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. They perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. They gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. The Financial Planning & Analysis Teams also perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.
Job Scope:

The individual for this position will understand, develop and support Finance and Sales reporting and analysis for the respective business unit and would be aligned globally. The duties and responsibilities will include transition of existing reports and develop new reports and provide support on deep dive analysis of information and share the insights with BU management. 

Job Responsibility:

    MIS reporting and analysis support to the Business Unit
    Business data support with the help of tools like Business Objects and Web based applications.
    Transition of new reports and analysis from different locations as needed
    Update and maintain appropriate KPI’s for daily, weekly and monthly review. Publish those on BU’s and TE Intranet site / SharePoint directory
    Data Visualization and create interactive dashboard for the business users
    Automation of reports using tools like VBA & SQL to reduce time consumption and increasing accuracy of reports.
    Prepare Presentation for weekly review with Customers.
    Actively participate in the calls/meetings with India, Industrial teams and understanding the business requirements.
 

Skills:
  • Industry experience in Reporting and Analytics 
  • Good hands on experience in tools like Business Objects, SAP, and Advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of Tableau is an added advantage 
  • Proven skills on report automation, preparing dashboard and presentation
  • Must have strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong team player and share best practices
  • Proactiveness and self-motivated individual
  • Proficient in Excel, MS Access, Macro
  • Good knowledge on Business Objects
  • High work quality and accountability, innovative thinking
  • Working in teams
