Job Requirements
• Digitalization & Automation of Sustainability Processes: Drive the digital trans-formation of sustainability processes and data flows across the company
• Support the automation of product carbon footprint (PCF) calculations in alignment with recognized methodologies (e.g. ISO 14067)
• Regulations & Standards Monitoring: Track and interpret applicable sustainabil-ity regulations and standards
• Customer Sustainability Requests: Enable fast and high-quality responses to customer sustainability requests
• Internal Knowledge Sharing & Education: Build internal knowledge and capabili-ties to support our sustainability strategy
• Circular economy: Support circularity metrics (e.g. recycled content), collabo-rate with key functions like engineering and procurement on design-for-circularity and supplier engagement for materials
• Strategy Development & Implementation: Provide analytical input to sustaina-bility strategy, roadmaps, and target-setting. Translate strategy into metrics, track progress, flag risks, and propose corrective actions
• Data Analysis & Root Cause Analysis: Conduct deep dives, perform variance analysis, structure and visualize insights, recommend practical improve-ment/mitigation measures.
• Support Project & Stakeholder Management: Manage cross-functional projects, align with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and more.
• Executive-Ready Presentations & Storytelling: Prepare crisp, data-backed presentations for leadership. Distill complex analytics into clear narratives, im-plications, and actions.
What your background should look like
• Completed university degree, preferably in the field of sustainability / technol-ogy / economics / science or a comparable degree with a focus on sustainability
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
• Experience with process automation and data governance.
• Experience in the automation of PCF/LCA calculations
• Knowledge and experience in GHG protocol, ISO 46067 and similar
• Excellent MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) skills, SAP, Power BI, Tab-leau and others are an advantage
• Stakeholder management, communication, and executive storytelling
• Responsible, independent working style as well as pragmatic thinking and act-ing, team communication
