Main Target Summary
Collects& defines Business Requirements and Uses a variety of standard and advanced techniques in the elicitation, analysis, documentation and management of requirements.
Person is accountable for providing detailed analysis about the anomaly of the key Performance Indicators. Building and managing smarter solutions including predictive models using existing tools for better managing business processes.

Responsibilities:
       Data Science/Data Analysis
    Responsible for the processing, mining and delivery of data to their customer community through repositories, tools and services
    Design Summary, Detail and Dashboard reports and management summaries which present data findings in a professional, concise and readable format appropriate for content and audience.

Continuous Improvement
    Process Improvement / Excellence (definition, governance, improvement, TEOA / Continuous Improvement, or other processes)
    Maintain, administer, and support users on continuous improvement with applications, reports and analytics.

Business Processes/ Project Management
    Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solution.
    Own on-time, accurate, quality analysis and reports/visualizations in tight alignment with specified project objectives.


Requirement
    Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical discipline
o    3+ years of experience MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint. (Excel - Pivot tables, Macros, advanced formulas. Access - queries and database management. PowerPoint - Be able to create decks from scratch, modify charts, and import macros)
o    3+ years of experience performing significant Report Development and Data Analysis
o    3+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence and in configuring, designing, building visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools (Business Objects, Power BI, SAS Visual Analytics, etc.)
o    6-8+ years of industry experience in data analysis. Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
o    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office 365 & PowerPoint
o    Excellent hands-on experience with Tableau Dashboard, Tableau Server and understand the data warehouse concepts.
o    Model data in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining
o    Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet critical deadline
o    Self-motivated, ability to prioritize work and multi-task across many assignments in a fast-paced work environment

    Advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL, data modelling, and working with “Big Data”.
    Experience in Database Management Systems (DBMS), SQL queries
    Experience in CRM tools. Experience in Salesforce.com is preferred.
    Good knowledge on any one of these data analytics tools: R, Python, Alteryx etc.
     Exceptional analytical skills; the ability to see patterns and trend in an unstructured data, analysing data with strong statistical, quantitative modelling, and forecasting skills
    Clear communicator who can summarize, write, speak and present confidently to a diverse audience, including senior management – operating as an internal consultant and thought partner.
    Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment with regional and global team members.
