Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.

This individual Collects& defines Business Requirements and Uses a variety of standard and advanced techniques in the elicitation, analysis, documentation and management of requirements.
Person is accountable for providing detailed analysis about the anomaly of the key Performance Indicators. Building and managing smarter solutions including predictive models using existing tools for better managing business processes.
 

Responsibilities

Uses a set of tasks and techniques to work as a liaison among and elicit the needs of stakeholders to define and validate solutions that meet business needs, goals, or objectives. Analyzes and synthesizes information elicited from stakeholders, defines and manages the plan to deliver requirements, documents and manages requirements throughout the project life-cycle.
Continuously develops domain knowledge, depth and breadth, in the customer service department, product information center, customer base and applied technology.
Gathers business requirements from customer-specific engagements and Validate requirements with stakeholders.
Uses Voice-of-Customer (VoC) techniques to uncover latent customer needs.
Solve ad-hoc requirement of Management related to data for critical decision making
Design Summary, Detail and Dashboard reports and management summaries which present data findings in a professional, concise and readable format appropriate for content and audience.
Model data in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and produce actionable business insights out of it.
Ability to effectively troubleshoot data inaccuracies, identify root causes, and take corrective action
