Under general supervision, the Channel Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the CSM (Channel Sales Manager) in executing Channel Strategy, ensuring completion / execution of strategic priorities, coordinating / organizing branch-level activities, etc. This is a blended role of business intelligence and project management where you will have high visibility with senior leadership. This role is perfect for a rising-star and self-starter who has a do-what-it-takes attitude and thrives on data, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
1.    Ownership of Monthly regional Sales meeting – support the CSM in preparing for, and executing, the monthly touchpoints which will review business performance / KPIs, strategic initiative progress / risk / support required, and pipeline reviews (both content and quality of data)
2.    Business Insight / Pipeline Management – overseeing the regional SFDC pipeline for strategic markets (e.g. IoT) to ensure Sales teams are consistent, comprehensive, and current in their tagging and progression of opportunities
3.    Process / Continuous Improvement – Helping to identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement and lead TEOA for Sales in the Channel Site – aligning to central process, developing processes, proposing improvements, etc.
4.    Supporting the CSM w/ Regular & Ad Hoc Reporting / Initiatives – General support to the regional channel leader (e.g. preparing for distributor meetings, business reviews, quarterly gap reporting, SPR-level reporting, etc.) which may include data or presentation-related analysis and builds, as well as work cross functionally on special projects (e.g. Operations, Finance, Customer Care)


Any Graduate, MBA in Sales and Marketing will be preferred
2+ years of experience in Customer Service Admin / Sales & Marketing environment.

Must Have:
•    Experience in Data Management, Marketing and Sales Segmentation.
•    Microsoft Excel proficiency
•    Fluent in English Language
•    Willingness to constantly learn complex processes and scenarios. 
•    Flexibility in any shift.
Highly Desirable:
•    Sound Knowledge of CRM systems
•    Experience in Salesforce.com is preferred
