Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Business Development Teams identify, develop, and implement near-term and long-term business development strategies relating to the development of new products, technologies and services. They identify markets and determine the feasibility of business and product development. Our Teams perform economic analyses on new or improved product opportunities, develop business models and determine market trends to substantiate long-term prospects.

ROLE OBJECTIVE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create plans and strategy to Improve Internal and external Apps adoption.
• Creating transparency about our portfolio with regular communication.
• Lead Video production of key initiatives.
• Designs, builds, and maintains our Internal social media presence
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluates emerging technologies & establish best practices in digital marketing
• Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE
• Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science or equivalent.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Azure Insights, etc.)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Firm grasp of emerging digital tools.
• Thorough understanding of digital touch points.
• Excellent interpersonal skill
