Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Digital Platforms & Operations teams understand TE’s business and digital strategies to optimize our sales and marketing automation processes to define, implement, manage, and optimize TE’s online commerce capabilities and services, digital platforms and processes (e.g., te.com, E-Commerce, SMA, CRM, Salesforce.com, Eloqua, SFDC, AEM, etc.). They collaborate with others regarding data standards and resolve issues that may impact marketing automation activities and with IT to help them understand the business requirements that determine the analysis and design of effective technical solutions. They monitor features and functionalities to enhance capabilities; ensure quality of releases, testing and validating that the requirements are met. Being a member of these teams requires thorough knowledge of marketing automation principles and practices and advanced knowledge of campaign set-up and management, form development and management, segment management, reporting, contact and content management and lead.

Job Profile:

As a member of the Global Automotive Marketing team, the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for execution and implementation of effective ABM programs that meet the growth objectives of the business, with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation exclusively from a top target account list, and accelerating existing opportunities in addition to executing digital marketing and customer experience initiatives.  This position functionally reports to the Sr Manager, Digital and Product Marketing, automotive.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the work they do, be analytical and business-minded with the ability to execute ABM and digital marketing plans that will deliver on business objectives.  They will partner closely with auto regional marketing teams and segment digital, integrated marketing, and marketing ops teams and must be proficient in account-based marketing, SEO, SEM, email, social, and web.  

Job Responsibilities:

•    Support ABM campaign logistics and campaign tactics
•    Build ideal customer profiles in ABM platform and execute marketing campaigns across multiple paid and owned channels
•    Help facilitate reporting and metrics on the ABM campaigns and tactics
•    Assist with account research and campaign planning, development and execution
•    Document processes and best practices in our ABM Playbook
•    Work closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to support high-performance ABM marketing technology
•    Manage audit and content update process of all automotive pages on te.com and Eloqua ensuring all content is accurate and links work properly
•    Execute auto-specific customer experience capabilities on te.com 
•    Execute global search strategy to include keyword research and site optimization
•    Build evergreen global nurture campaigns leveraging automation rules and behavior-based triggers
•    Work in lock-step with segment marketing ops to build lead to revenue engine for automotive

Key Competencies:

•    1-3 years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience
•    1-3 years of ABM based Demand Generation and digital marketing experience 
•    Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and ABM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
•    Experienced in lead funnel management and attribution tracking 
•    Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously
•    Experience building and delivering ABM campaigns and key account programs
•    Understanding of pipeline management and metrics
•    Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan
•    Team player with ability to collaborate, and also work independently
