Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Integrated Marketing team designs, executes and reports on multichannel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales, provide customer insights and increase employee engagement through the ownership of all components of campaign development, implementation and measurement as well as ensuring our various channels and messages are working together to consistently articulate the value of TE to our customers, employees, partners and influencers. They create, implement and measure the impact of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging all marketing channels (advertising, public relations, digital/social media, collateral and events), ensuring the alignment of campaign strategy with overall marketing strategy and business priorities. They monitor and measure campaign Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure TE consistently implements successful promotional campaigns and programs and are responsible for creating and maintaining print and digital marketing materials including newsletters, technical literature, presentations, direct mail and advertisements, working closely with Business Units and Center Communications teams to ensure alignment in campaign messaging.

As a member of the Transportation Solutions Integrated Marketing team, the Marketing Analyst will oversee marketing project planning, coordination and execution, and manage reporting of integrated marketing projects, campaigns and external communications.  
Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing – Transportation Solutions, the ideal candidate will ensure that all integrated marketing projects are completed on-time, within allocated budget and with documentation that is in-line with TE standards and procedures.  He or she will also build reports that communicate strategic plans, content and successes of marketing activities.
To be successful in this role, the Integrated Marketing Analyst will need to build broad-based, strategic relationships, inspiring the confidence and trust of various key members of our Transportation Solutions businesses. He or she will also interact with other segment marketers across TE and outside agencies.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate a high volume of marketing projects that support a variety of global stakeholders across multiple businesses, adapting quickly to changes in project plans or business objectives and support both strategic plans and execution of project elements.
  • Coordinate inbound marketing project requests for the Transportation Solutions marketing team, providing timely communication with functional project owners and requestors, including timelines and status updates.
  • Manage the Transportation Solutions marketing project site on SharePoint, project intake form templates and project task-list templates, applying updates and improvements as needed.
  • Manage segment-level calendars for all business unit activities requiring integrated marketing support.
  • Develop and coordinate paid media campaign documents including campaign calendars, media plans, content calendars, content specifications and presentations.
  • Execute paid media buys against approved paid media plans, manage contracts and coordinate invoicing with each business unit and region.
  • Coordinate paid media content development with copywriters, graphic designers, translators, and other functional teams as required to ensure paid media content is completed within timeline commitments.
  • Coordinate paid media content approvals with subject matter experts, legal, trademark and regional teams.
     
What your background should look like:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or Marketing required.  MBA preferred.
  • At least five to seven years marketing experience is required.
  • Previous global experience is required.
  • Experience in B2B, and electronics or technology as part of a multi-national business preferred.
  • Must have the ability to work with many levels of the organization, addressing the communication, collaboration and reporting needs at each level.
  • Able to develop strong relationships with multiple departments in a large, complex matrix organization in a rapidly changing business environment.
