Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Marketing Designer teams provide design expertise across a variety of mediums (digital, video, PPT, print, etc.), managing TE’s visual identity through the development of brand assets and templates, requiring an understanding of printing process and design requirements. They work closely with other marketing colleagues to visually tell the TE story and create brand identity, executing across all online and offline marketing channels with consistency. They execute various design projects for customer and prospect audiences, including but not limited to: web properties, email, social media, branded merchandise, print and tradeshows. The Designer teams have strong design skills, both creative and technical, and an understanding of integrated and digital marketing channels, techniques and tools; working across various marketing and content management systems; and have experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud. 

Job Purpose:

As a Graphic Designer with the Global Brand team at TE Connectivity you are responsible for the design, development and execution of creative deliverables for leading-edge Marketing and Digital solutions. You bring a deep understanding of Brand with core strengths in design and communications. This position is responsible for creating marketing content designs from concept to production ready design, while collaborating with other creatives and integrated marketers within the team. The visual designer is passionate about storytelling with an eye for details and a blend of creative and technical production skills. Another key skill is the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders to communicate creative design solutions in order to deliver complete, quality work on time


•    5+ years of industry/agency experience including multi-international brands
•    Strong design portfolio with 3+ years education
•    Assist the Global Brand team in maintaining the Visual Brand standards, evolve the Brand from time-to-time and provide design solutions
•    Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, color and other ingredients appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs
•    Extend existing visual systems/brand guidelines across all mediums with moderate design changes or interpretation
•    Create visual design requests for: investor documents, TE.com homepage maqui visual, TE Store ecommerce visuals, CMO & CDO PowerPoint presentations
•    Concept, develop and manage a “best in class” creative product from concept to completion
•    Plan and estimate for highly complex design projects and brand campaigns
•    Educate other team members, not exclusive to the creative team, through project development and performance management
•    Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with expert attention to detail is a must
•    A solid understanding of online and offline production
•    Experience of working with a team of designers, production specialists and writers to creative excellence
•    Well-developed communication skills including ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to other team members and client
•    Basic understanding of motion design and video production
•    Create best-in-class presentations for leadership and for high value programs


•    Mastery of Adobe Creative, InDesign, Photoshop
•    HTML and banner animation
•    Social Media asset creation
•    Common space posters and display designs
•    MS Office in particular MS PowerPoint
