Job Overview

HR Operations in TE is expanding and developing the operational support teams within HR at our Bangalore site in India.

The operations team will provide a diverse range of regional and global support services to employees, managers, and internal teams working through a variety of channels including case management system, phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:

Case Management and Daily Operations

  • Provide frontline support to TE employees on inquiries related to HR data, such as self-service portals, maintaining employee life cycle, or resolving data discrepancies.
  • Efficiently managing new hire data, facilitating 1st day orientation sessions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Working with team and taking individual responsibility for case management to ensure prioritization of work is in line with business needs.
  • Completing transactions in accordance with desk top procedures and local policy
  • Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets for productivity, quality, and customer experience
  • Participating in daily Go meetings to ensure team collectively on track with queue management.

Quality

  • Complete all transactions to the highest standard
  • Adhere to quality monitoring process to prevent processing errors
  • Engage with quality feedback and participate in corrective action plans to guarantee prevention of repeat errors
  • Peer review of team work to prevent errors across the team

 Customer Experience

  • Gain a deep understanding of the customer base.
  • Form strong relationships with mangers/employees/local HR teams to become a trusted partner for the business.
  • Process transactions efficiently and correctly to enable the business to operate.

 Team

  • Contribute to maintaining strong team culture where team support each other and work collectively to build and maintain a strong brand reputation for HR Operations

 General

  • Ad/hoc project work
  • Participate and support annual/quarterly/monthly workstreams such as year end
  • Personal Development – Take accountability to form and action development plan

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Educated to degree level with emphasis in HR or Business or other related discipline
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • 2+ years HR experience / Customer Service / Operations
  • Strong professional and HR operational knowledge
  • Strong team player with a passion for working in a fast-paced Global HR team
  • Excellent communication skills - communicates with impact, motivates others, builds support, establishes trust.
  • Delivers results meets customer needs, manages execution, in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Language (German, French, Spanish, Italian)
  • Skill set – Quality, Workforce Management, Training
