Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.

The Account Manager is the outside engineering representative for a number of accounts in a defined 
territory and/or a specific industry/technology. 

The function reports directly to the Sales Manager and holds a strong professional relation to the respective 

In detail, the Aeronautic, Defense and Marine Account Manager related to this Job Specification, will be responsible for: 

  • Gather all information needed to make the design input available as complete as possible 
  • Work out, prepare and present TE proposals (product selection, design solutions and project objectives) 
  • Interface between the TE ADM Account/sales managers and the customer to ensure that both sides 
  • Uunderstand the requirements and have all needed information available 
  • Work out, prepare and present TE proposals (product selection, design solutions and project  objectives) 
  • Ensure on time customer delivery of all information, including samples and supporting design and 
  • product verification activities 
  • Provide regular project status updates to the involved parties. 
  • Regularly updates on Salesforce.com 
  • Design-in the TE products and solutions.
     

 

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor Degree or engineering degree  preferably in electronics and electromechanics 
  • 4 to 7 years’ experience in business development in the defense industry 
  • Experience in customer relation management or field application 
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute on priorities.  
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with business plans.  
  • Valid driver’s license.  
  • Curious, entrepreneurial spirit and Leadership 
  • English and Turkish languages are required for this Position 
  • Availability to travel abroad when required
