What your background should look like:

 

Global Sales Directors provide global strategic leadership, accelerate growth, and elevate the level of sales expertise of the Business Unit. Additionally, the position will have direct responsibility for developing and maintaining senior-level customer and channel partner relationships within the industry. The role will be a growth driver through both customer and channel-driven strategies. Successful candidates will be a highly experienced executive with sales and marketing-related experience. Of critical importance will be the experience of building and invigorating leading brands and driving share growth. Excellent sales leadership skills as demonstrated by a record of guiding sales growth through an organization. You are a proven leader and developer of talent who inspires and motivates others through customer focus, enthusiasm for the business, and a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie. He/she will be known for setting clear goals and priorities and for developing and endorsing the strategies, plans, and processes for achieving these.
