Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

What your background should look like:

The order fulfillment analyst role is to receive all customer orders and “call-off” instructions, enter them accurately on the SAP PRM system, take input from operations on commit dates and communicate professionally and effectively with the customer with regards to planned or revised shipment dates. The order fulfillment analyst also provides voice of customer direction to all internal departments and assists customers with general inquiries. 

Essential Functions:

    Enter all customer orders received within 24 hours of receipt in the SAP PRM and Epicor 10 System 

    Analyze and report on Customer demand as part of the SO&P cycle

    Receive daily inputs from Operations/Project Teams in relation to order status and reflect any changes in the SAP or E10 manufacturing system.

    Configure and verify all order details including ship to address, bill to address, incoterms, payment terms, contacts, price, quantity, part number, customer request date, promise ship date and scheduled ship date as well as any additional notes pertaining to the order and in accordance with customer specific or order specific requirements. Maintain Current Schedule Ship date in the ERP System.

    Issue RMA numbers for the return of defective material and assist in tracking the return of same.

    Operate with SFDC to define the Customer Effort Score and support the Transactional Survey Team.

    Provide support to the Customer Care management team on order fulfilment issues. 

    Liaise with all Supply chain functions to ensure order information is properly maintained

    Support the execution of improvement actions based on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and transactional surveys.

    Support on-going efforts to drive ECE by interacting professionally for your internal and external customers. KPI’s are STR, STS, and efficiency

    Operate with SFDC to define the Customer Effort Score and support the Transactional Survey Team.                                                                                                                         

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Education:

•    Minimum 0-3 years in scheduling or customer service related position, preferably in a manufacturing organization or related technical experience.
•    University Bacheleors degree
•    English Level of B2+ or C1 

                                                                                                             

  Technical Skills:  

PC proficient (word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet, database & presentation software), ability to create presentation quality documents, ability to interpret MRP system, EDI system. 

Solid knowledge of accounting principles to ensure accurate paperwork for customer invoicing.
