Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) Practitioner to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives within our Supply Chain Planning function. The ideal candidate will leverage lean and business principles and methodologies to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement and champion TEOA principles (TE Continuous Improvement System) and tools across Supply Chain Planning processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and lead projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices in supply chain planning.
• Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Lead Kaizen events and other continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain planning domain.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of TEOA initiatives.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members on TEOA methodologies and tools.
• Create and maintain documentation of best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Regularly report on project progress and outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications:
Educational Degree
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or operations management.
- Proven track record in implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement principles (TEOA ) and their application in supply chain processes.
