Job Overview
This role will focus on talent development, skills management, and continuous improvement within our supply chain organization. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or early career professional with a passion for supply chain management and a keen interest in developing talent and skills frameworks.

1. Accelerate the Fellow Program in SC Planning
- Assist in identifying and nurturing talent within the supply chain team
- Collaborate with HR to develop and implement talent retention strategies
- Support mentorship and knowledge-sharing initiative
2. Skill Matrix and Job Framework
- Help develop and maintain a comprehensive skill matrix for supply chain roles
- Assist in defining standard roles and responsibilities across the supply chain function
- Support the creation and updating of job descriptions and competency framework
3. Skill Assessment
- Conduct skill gap analyses to identify strengths and weaknesses among teams
- Assist in developing assessment tools and methodologies
- Analyze assessment results and provide insights to managemen
4. Development
- Contribute to the creation of individual and team training plans
- Assist in identifying relevant training resources and programs
- Track and report on training effectiveness and completion rate
5. Competency
- Help ensure high-quality experiences for team members through competency-based development
- Assist in aligning competencies with business objectives and industry standards
- Support the implementation of competency-based performance evaluation
6. Talent Heatmap
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a talent heatmap
- Assist in identifying top performers across different supply chain functions
- Support succession planning initiatives by providing data-driven insight
Qualifications:
Educational Degree
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related fiel
Professional Experience
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain or a related field (internships and co-op experiences are valuable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Keen interest in talent development and skills management
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and terminology
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of HR information systems or talent management software
- Understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologie
