Qualitätsbeauftragter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Qualitätssupport für die Serien Produktion
- Verifizieren und validieren das Produkt- und Prozessqualität in der Serienfertigung mit entsprechendem Verwendungsentscheid
- Verifizierung/Überwachung und Optimierung der Werkerselbstprüfung
- Unterstützung der Werker in der Anwendung von Regelkartentechnik/SPC
- Auswerten von Qualitätsrelevanten Daten und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen, um der Prozess- und Produktqualität zu erhöhen (Unter Anwendung von Q-tools/Problemlösemethoden)
- Optimieren und pflegen von Prüfplänen
- Durchführung und Steuerung von Maßnahmen bei internen Reklamationen und Lieferantenreklamationen mit direktem Lieferantenkontakt
- Unterstützung und Maßnahmenbearbeitung bei Kundenreklamationen
- Teilnahme und Unterstützung bei internen Audits und Kundenaudits
- Anordnen und Anfordern von Nacharbeiten und Verschrottungen
- Verantwortlich für das zugeordnete Produktion Sperrlager
- Bearbeiten von gesperrten Lagerbeständen und daraus folgende Einleitung von Maßnahmen und/oder Verwendungsentscheiden
- Unterstützung in der Qualitätsvorausplanung QVP
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in den Bereichen Kunststofftechnik, Stanzen, Mechanik oder Elektrotechnik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung > 3 Jahre in der Qualitätssicherung in den Fertigungstechnologien Kunststofftechnik, Stanztechnik, Galvanik, Montagetechnik im Automotive Umfeld
- Einschlägige Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement (Qualitätsbeauftragter oder vergleichbar)
- Normative Kenntnisse im Bereich IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA-Bänder
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung und Umsetzung von Q-tools/Problemlösemethoden
- Sehr gute rhetorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP, CAQ und den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
