Job Overview

The Commercial Product Manager EMEA (m/f/d) will be responsible for the Industrial Communications portfolio across the EMEA region, driving product strategy, commercialization, and go-to-market execution for a broad range of industrial connectivity solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Own and manage the regional EMEA product strategy for the Industrial Communication Portfolio
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and commercial product management activities to accelerate market adoption and revenue growth across EMEA
  • Collaborate across multiple business subverticals to align portfolio and market strategies
  • Contribute to endtoend lifecycle management: portfolio assessments, costdown initiatives, and product rationalization
  • Lead product positioning, value proposition development, pricing strategies, and commercialization plans
  • Manage and develop relationships with a broad ecosystem of customers, distributors, and channel partners across both direct and indirect sales channels 

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced studies a plus
  • 7-10 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Strategy, or related functional areas
  • Exposure to industrial, electromechanical, connectivity, or interconnect markets is beneficial
  • Proven track record of leading product launches from concept through commercialization
  • Demonstrated success in bringing new products to market with measurable business impact
  • Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, including portfolio management, roadmapping, and product development
  • Ability to translate customer needs and market requirements into successful product strategies
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across global, crossfunctional teams 
  • Fluency in English and German is required
