Job Description: 

Your main tasks:

  • Regional responsibility for multiple customers with a clear focus on sustainable revenue growth
  • End-to-end management of the entire sales cycle – from identifying business opportunities and presenting TE product solutions to preparing offers, negotiating contracts, and closing agreements
  • Management and further development of existing series production business, including annual price negotiations, change management, and handling customer requirements
  • Identification, evaluation, and development of new business opportunities, as well as expansion of the existing product portfolio
  • Presentation of new products and solutions to customers, along with active involvement in customer-specific new product development
  • Definition and implementation of forward-looking sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Shared responsibility for pricing in the existing business, with a strong focus on increasing profitability
  • Development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships and building a robust network across multiple management levels
  • Support and coordination of business operations with customers on a global level
  • Active contract and claims management in close coordination with internal interfaces

Your ideal profile:

  • Completed university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in account management, particularly in managing demanding customers within the automotive environment
  • Strong expertise in contract negotiations, pricing, and the financial evaluation of products and projects
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with strategic and tactical thinking and a solution-oriented working approach
  • High level of customer orientation and very strong communication and presentation skills across different management levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity in an international business environment
  • Experience working with international customers and internal global teams
  • Hands-on mentality combined with a high level of personal initiative
  • Very high resilience and the ability to perform confidently under time and performance pressure
  • Experience in using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and optimize daily work
  • Independent, structured, and responsible working style
  • Very good command of the Microsoft Office suite, especially professional use of Excel formulas and functions; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English skills (both negotiation-level, C1 proficiency, spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel regularly for business
