Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Program Management Teams are responsible for leading a cross functional team to deliver major customer programs within budget and time limitations in accordance with technical specifications and profit objectives. They manage customer programs (customized engineered solutions for particular end customer platforms) from bid preparation through production. Their duties include: developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements; assembling cross-functional program teams with members from engineering, procurement, sales, production, materials management and quality; serving as the main point of contact for the customer for all negotiations, decision making, scheduling issues, and problem solving throughout the program; monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met; and arranging modifications as required.

Job Overview:
TE’s Learning, Development and Communications Team is seeking an experienced Trainer to deliver blended learning solutions (facilitator-led training & self-paced eLearning) for technical product, process and soft skill training to enable delivery of an Effortless & Consultative Customer Experience.  In this role, you will also support coaching, calibration and remediation training for New Hires and Tenured Consultants.  As part of the Learning, Development and Communications Team, you will work closely with colleagues across the network to execute the training strategy for Product Specialists, Inside Sales, Customer Care and Leader Groups.  If you have a passion for learning and world-class customer service, we encourage you to apply. What your background should look like:

Required:
•    3-5+ years of experience in facilitating consultative selling, technical product & soft skill training using a blended learning environment (e.g. classroom, eLearning & on-the-job training/coaching) 
•    Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Adult Learning or related field
•    2+ years of related business experience with technical proficiency in Salesforce (High Velocity Sales), preferred experience with SAP
•    Solid understanding of Consultative Selling, Service Excellence and the delivery of Effortless Customer Experiences
•    Experience developing and delivering competency-based training solutions from needs assessment to training execution, certification, and continuous learning for advanced skill building
•    Ability to analyse training results, create trend reporting, track learning curve and recommend training solutions to close gaps
•    Maintain a knowledge repository through Standard Operating Procedures 
•    Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages to include highly effective oral and written communication skills
•    Ability to translate English training closed captioning and voice over to Mandarin
•    Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently & collaborate with diverse colleagues across a global network
•    Highly effective project, planning/organization skills as well as strong relationship building skills
•    Demonstrated drive for results with ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality 
•    Scheduling flexibility to accommodate training facilitation and meetings based on the needs of the business
Preferred:
•    Previous Sales experience with a focus on Consultative Selling
•    Interest in continuous self-learning, targeting new technology and training techniques to drive Consultative Selling behaviours, Customer Service Excellence & meet the needs of today’s global workforce
•    Demonstrated intermediate to advanced competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and TEAMS) and eLearning development tools such as iLearn
•    Mentoring new hires as a Subject Matter Expert & Buddy
