Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.

In this role, the individual will be responsible to help develop and manage an aligned approach to coordinating multiple, concurrent projects in support of the Channel Technology team’s 5 key pillars: Knowledge Management, Pipeline Management, Performance Management, Interaction Insights and CX / Contact Routing. This individual will help to establish new processes and procedures to help cross-functional teams stay aligned on the timing and progress of key projects. This individual will also manage the ongoing creation and tracking of new project or support requests, ensuring that the appropriate action owners are made aware and held accountable for timely follow-up and project completion.

Prime Roles and responsibilities:  

Participate in the selection of and/or implementation process for a new project management approach that meets the established requirements
Work with Channel Technology Pillar owners to establish routine project touchpoints to ensure individuals are meeting agreed upon commitments
Document team and project progress for visibility to Tech Pillar owners and team management
Drive training within the team on project management best practices
Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, and budgets for approved Channel projects
Manage the creation and tracking of support and enhancement tickets in support of all technologies within the Channel portfolio
Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project, including Project Charters, Requirement Docs, etc.
Provide project management support for Channel’s Pipeline Management pillar, including technologies such as SFDC, SAP and others

Key Qualifications, Experiences and Knowledge:

Required:

Master degree in a related subject or equivalent work experience in program/project management with emphasis on technology implementation
Working experience 5-7 years
Good experience in project/program management, ROI and business adoption
Experience in leading and developing teams is a plus
Familiar with managing/working in matrix project teams
Flexibility to work closely with a global team
Ability to work from home
