The PTS Organization within TE’s Industrial Business Unit is seeking Analyst Digital Experience for our Passive, Switch and Ident Products.

 ROLE OBJECTIVE

The role Analyst – Digital Experience (PTS) ensures that all PTS product families—particularly passives, switches, identification and adjacent technologies—are represented with complete, accurate, high‑quality digital product information across TE’s online channels. This individual contributor will translate engineering outputs, product documentation, BOM/EBOM structures, switching specifications, relay data, electrical ratings, compliance files, and customer‑critical details into a clean, intuitive, searchable digital experience that supports design engineers, procurement teams, and distributors. This role accelerates product discoverability, digital readiness for NPIs, and enhances the overall customer journey for PTS’s highly technical component portfolio.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

Digital Experience Optimization

  • Improve searchability and filtering on TE.com for PTS categories (e.g., type, form, actuation method, power rating, coil characteristics, sensing parameters).
  • Work with AI platform tool providers to introduce passives and switch products into design stage and analyse product engagement.
  • Identify UX issues specific to PTS product families (e.g., parameter mismatches, attribute grouping inconsistencies, missing parametric filters).
  • Improve user journeys for design engineers navigating complex PTS portfolios across passives, and switches
  • Monitor performance of PTS digital categories (traffic, engagement, downloads, parametric search effectiveness).
  • Analyse customer behaviours for PTS product families to identify high‑value improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend content enhancements to reduce customer friction for selection of passives, switches, or ident products in PTS segments
  • Maintain high standards for content accuracy, compliance, and digital quality in line with TE policies.
  • Follow PTS‑specific workflows for part updates, RDO‑driven document releases, and engineering change processes.
  • Maintain SOPs and best‑practice documentation for PTS digital data operations

 

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

 

  • PTS Engineering for technical validation
  • Product Management for lifecycle accuracy and pricing impacts
  • RDO/CPR teams for ECN/ECR alignment and part maintenance
  • Digital Content Operations for asset publication
  • Support alignment with PLM (Windchill/PDMLink) and CPR systems ensuring ECCN, lifecycle status, and RDO updates flow accurately into digital platforms.
  • Quality, Compliance, and Documentation Control

 

Candidate Desired Profile:

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Applied Electronics, Digital Media, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 1–5 years’ experience in digital content management, product data, PLM systems, or engineering support.
  • Familiarity with technical product data, particularly Passives, switches, sensors, electromagnetic devices, or similar.
  • Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill/PDMLink), CPR, or digital asset management tools.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

  • Prior experience in manufacturing / engineering documentation / Quality documentation >4 years of experience.
  • Good project management skills and self-driven.
  • Ability to collaborate with global engineering teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sturdy design/development skills.
  • Ability to challenge technical solutions and processes.
  • Ability to work with multicultural engineering teams.
  • Adaptability to change priorities, strategies, and business conditions.
  • Experience in working with formal Engineering documentation procedures.

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
