Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth through proactive pipeline generation and direct sales. This role involves engaging with customers, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through targeted outreach.
- Sales Execution & Customer Management: Engage with clients via phone, email, and digital channels to close sales and ensure smooth order processing.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work with sales, marketing, and technical teams to enhance customer engagement and track sales performance.
What your background should look like:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in inside sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in electrical distribution, transmission, or cable accessories.
- Skills: Strong communication, CRM proficiency, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Attributes: Results-driven, proactive, customer-focused, and a strong team player.
