Job Title: Account Manager
Job Responsibilities
• Participation in Definition of the product strategy and roadmap.
• Define the most suitable products for the company.
• Conduct feasibility study and market research.
• Open new markets for Our products.
• Provide professional follow-up with the distributors and ensure proper stock levels are available.
• Develop enquiries, proposals and quotations.
• Estimate the consumer demand for the product to obtain a realistic forecast.
• Manage, identify potential customers, and stay informed of any competing products on the market.
• Manage tendering and bidding processes.
• Develop pricing strategies and oversee product development.
• Work closely with advertising and public relations agencies to promote the product.
• Meet or exceed the monthly/annual target for the product and follow up on sales and target achievement with the salesforce.
• Assist in the development & enhancement of company sales.
• Build and maintains active relationships with customers and understand their business drivers, goals and market activities to meet annual sales objectives.
• Provide sales and technical support including products training and presentation customers or distributors.
• Successful previous experience as a sales or account manager in Middle East region. A regional experience in East Mediterranean, Egypt and Libya is advantage.
• Define the market potentials and build strategic sales plan to increase market share and meet sales forecast
• Frequent travel (50%) as required
Qualifications
• Electrical/ Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Business degree will be a strength point
Key Requirements
• Good technical knowledge in Electrical Engineering & Power system.
• Strong marketing experience and ability to handle more than one product simultaneously.
• Ability to exercise own initiative.
• Excellent communication and team work skills with both colleagues and clients.
• Analytical and problem-solving Skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Proven leadership & strong channel management skills in regional market.
