Job Overview

Manufactures and assembles various products per established facility processes, troubleshoots problems and performs maintenance of complex equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
  • Perform wiring of control panels, junction boxes, and machine components (motors, sensors, PLCs, etc.).
  • Route and secure wiring and cables neatly and according to design standards.
  • Prepare and label wires, terminals, and cables accurately.
  • Assemble electrical components such as terminal blocks, relays, contactors, fuses, and connectors.
  • Assist during commissioning and startup with electricians or automation engineers.
  • Diagnose and fix electrical faults during assembly or testing.
  • Support engineers in verifying correct operation of control systems.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Must respect health & safety rules and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure a good level of 5S for equipment.
  • Follow legal and site EHS policies, rules and instructions to avoid any OHS risks or reduce environmental impacts.
  • Alert the hierarchy/ EHS team of any EHS anomaly detected.

What your background should look like

Educational Degree

  • Bac +2 / Bac +3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical diploma

Professional Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably within a Maintenance Department

  • Hands-on experience in panel wiring, machine building, and related electrical processes

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Skilled in wiring, cable routing, and component installation

  • Basic understanding of PLC I/O wiring and automation

  • Demonstrates precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality

  • Strong teamwork and flexibility

Other Important Notes

  • Experience in electrical drawing and automation systems is preferred
