Your Main Tasks:

  • Gather and analyze all necessary information to create comprehensive design inputs.
  • Develop, prepare, and present TE proposals, including product selection, design solutions, and project objectives.
  • Serve as the primary link between TE ADM Account/Sales Managers and customers, ensuring clear communication and full understanding of requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of information, samples, and support for design and product verification activities.
  • Provide regular project updates to all stakeholders.
  • Promote and implement TE products and solutions, aligning with company strategy and objectives.

 

Key Goals & Objectives:

  • Drive TE product design-in for New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering and applications.
  • Manage project budgets and new product streams.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Support business growth in line with targets set by management.

Your Ideal Background:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager.
  • Background in Aerospace, Defense & Marine, or similar industries.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and customers.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
