What You’ll Bring
- Experience leading complex manufacturing operations (typically 700+ employees).
- A strong track record in transformation, team development, and operational performance.
- Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to be fully present on-site.
