    • Accelerate new product introduction (NPI) performance and improve speed-to-market.
    • Partner with Operations to enhance manufacturability, quality, productivity, and cost competitiveness.
    • Implement modern engineering processes, governance, and continuous improvement practices.

    Influence Across the Business

    • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align investments, priorities, and resources.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, customers, and external stakeholders.
    • Contribute to strategic business planning and growth initiatives.

    Build and Inspire High-Performing Teams

You may bring experience from industrial technology, automation, electronics, electrical engineering, connectivity solutions, manufacturing, or adjacent sectors.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities.
  • A customer-focused mindset and passion for solving complex challenges.
  • The ability to balance long-term technology vision with operational execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required. Advanced qualifications such as a Master's degree, MBA, or other postgraduate studies are welcomed but not essential.
