What you'll do

🔹 Be the Strategic People Partner
Guide and challenge senior leadership to make impactful, people-centered decisions. Provide executive coaching, facilitate leadership development, and help shape business strategy through the HR lens.

🔹 Drive HR Excellence, Locally and Globally
Collaborate with our Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Services) to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support—tailored to the unique needs of the Netherlands.

🔹 Champion Employee Relations & Compliance
Use your deep knowledge of Dutch employment law and Works Council processes to foster transparent, respectful, and legally sound employee interactions.

🔹 Activate Culture and Engagement
Drive communication strategies that energize teams and connect people to purpose. Cultivate a culture of trust, diversity, and belonging.

🔹 Lead Change & Transform Work
Bring HR initiatives to life—from talent management and workforce planning to performance enablement and organizational design. Act as a catalyst for transformation and continuous improvement.

🔹 Stay Ahead of the Curve
Monitor trends, gather feedback, and evolve local HR practices to stay aligned with business needs, employee expectations, and global benchmarks.

Your ideal background

✔ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
✔ Significant HR generalist experience within a manufacturing environment
✔ Expert knowledge of Netherlands employment legislation and proven Works Council collaboration
✔ Proven ability to thrive in global, matrixed environments
✔ Strong influence and communication skills—you coach, challenge, and inspire
✔ Resilience in the face of ambiguity, complexity, and constant change
✔ A mindset of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement
✔ Strategic thinker with hands-on operational agility

✔Ability to build relationships and trust across levels and functions
✔ Fluent in English and Dutch
