Leads technical domain of singe/ multiple strategic development projects from initial ideation to final production.

Job Requirements

1.Product Development & Support  
- Support bulk cable team in design, tracking, data consolidation, and reporting.
- Assist with DOEs and product qualification.

2.Design Review & Data Analysis
- Lead DR and DFMEA to identify high-frequency risks and define preventive actions.
- Monitor process physical/SI data.
- Review and analyze samples, quality issues and improvement actions during prototype making and Qualification.
- Review 108 and finish 501 documents per customer requirement and industrial standards. 

3. Coordinator during prototype/sample making
- Work with MPDE to monitor process capability/data and drive corrective actions for high-speed cable process/performance stability.
- Support MPDE on FACA.

4. Outsourced Cable Quality Control Support
- Work with CA PDE, SI, and MPDE to support SQE on quality control/improvement for outsourced cables.
- Review outsourced cable Physical data, SI data, Reliability data, stability data, give comments from bulk cable engineering side on supplier qualiity and product quality

5. Raw Materials evaluation and Qualification
- Evaulate new resin, tapes, conductors which will support new/higher SI peformacne or better cable quality  

What your background should look like

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in science or technology
• 10 years min. working experience in bulk cable development, design or manufacturing, familar with quality control, cable assembly qualitity control or bulk cable quality control will be better.
• Six Sigma Green Blet or above
• Basical knowledge about cable design and cable starndards
• Good at quality analysis tool like Minitab
• Good at reading/writing/Oral English
• Friendly and optimistic
• Team spirit
• Good communication skill, integrity, accountability
