Quality Standardization Manager (Remote or Hybrid)

The Quality Standardization Manager is part of Industrial Quality and will have overall responsibility for standardization of Quality processes, systems, methodologies and instructions across all global IND manufacturing locations to ensure that goods produced come with consistent quality and competency are consistently being developed faster. Furthermore, the role develops and implements plans to supports process audits, improvements and problem solving.
Tasks Summary & Responsibilities:
- Manage standardization of Quality processes, using tools and methodologies to drive improvement across Industrial BU
- Assist plants to solve complex and difficult technical problems by teaching a structured problem-solving methodology. Reinforced by coaching and developing Problem Solvers
- Identifying opportunities for process and best -practices adoption, developing, and adjusting SOPs to align with standardization plan
- Coordinate activities through various teams to promote standardization of processes, systems, and methodologies.
- Conduct Internal Process Audits, support customer audits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Quality Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, etc) deployment in the manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2 years Shainin Journeyman (preference) and/or Six Sigma Belt
- Preferable experience in Advanced Industries (Automotive, Aerospace etc.)
- BSc Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Quality Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, etc.)
- Structured Problem Solving, 5S, Mistake-Proofing.
- Minitab.
