Meet Hector Ramón Miranda, Shipping & Receiving Supervisor
Héctor Ramón is full of passion and purpose. He is known to wear many “caps” - a Warehouse Supervisor in Hermosillo, Mexico, an avid baseball player and a dedicated coach of the “Gigantes", a baseball team of ‘abled’ kids. He’s proud of his role in giving back to children and their families in his local community, and equally proud to bring his full self to TE every day.
While playing catcher in a family softball league, Héctor Ramón was connected to an opportunity that allowed him to take his love for the sport and combine it with purpose - forming a baseball team that gives children living with disabilities hope, enjoyment and a similar passion for the game. He considers these children, part of his family, just like his TE team!
Héctor Ramón has merged his dedication to his 20-year career at TE with his passion for baseball and coaching young people. He shows us all that we can find purpose in everything we do.

Meet Laura Feely, Product Operator
Laura is full of grit and determination. Growing up with two older brothers, and a family heavily involved in sports, Laura wanted to prove she could succeed in anything. So when she set a goal to make the Irish women's rugby team ten years ago, nothing would stop her.
Through countless hours of training and dedication to teamwork, she earned a starting role on Ireland's national rugby team le on Ireland's national rugby team and was chosen to play for Six Nations, "Rugby's Greatest Championship".
Off the field, Laura is a production operator within our Medical business. She shows the same determination, integrity and team-first attitude in her professional career and describes the similarities to rugby: "In rugby, I spend most of my week with my 30 teammates, with 30 different personalities and 30 different ways of doing things. But we all have the same goal - we want to win. Every day we face different problems but, just like with my rugby team, we identify what outcome we want and work together to achieve that."

Meet Bronte Hamilton, VP Financial Planning & Analysis
Bronte is a self-proclaimed, high energy, high risk person who loves to busy herself with many hobbies.
One of her many passions is riding her motorcycle. Bronte says riding makes her stay present in the moment and she values the freedom that comes with it. She is also a qualified scuba diver and archery enthusiast - which also allow her to remain present. As she says, "if you're doing archery well, that's all you're focused on".
Each of her passions help her practice how to stay focused when dealing with complex situations, Whether getting through her busy day, leading her team through projects, or helping her to sharpen her abstract thinking and problem solving abilities.
In her words, "what I do outside of work, helps me to be better at what I do inside of work."

Meet Brontë Hamilton, VP Financial Planning & Analysis

Maggie is full of resilience. Growing up in California and raised in a Spanish-speaking household by parents from Honduras, her childhood was full of Central American culture. Music, dancing and the outdoors became lifelong passions. She first faced adversity at a young age when her parents divorced - but being raised by a strong woman, and single-mother of four, helped her continue to grow and excel.
Maggie’s passion is representation. She’s proud to represent the Latino community, women in management and the LGBTQ community.

Takeo is passionate about his family. Growing up in the Philippines before moving back to Japan - Takeo and his family have always been part of a culture that values tradition and conformity. That cultural emphasis on conformity made coming out as a gay man very difficult for Takeo. But it was through his relationships in the workplace and our LGBTQ employee resource group that Takeo felt most comfortable to self-identify.
Family - including his partner, dogs and TE colleagues - and work-life balance are most important to Takeo. And we're so happy to have him in our TE family.
