Mentorship, Learning, and Developing Your Passions are all significant components of the Career Pathways Program. TE’s Career Pathways Program is open to all college juniors majoring in one of the following:

  • Engineering 
  • Operations Management
  • Finance
  • Supply Chain

What's Included?

Recipients of the Career Pathways Scholarship will be awarded up to $22,500*, based on financial need, the opportunity to work in a global organization, and exposure to senior leadership.
