工作概况
职位要求
Quality Control
(i)Feedback non-conformance issues of incoming material timely and driving suppliers improvement in order to ensure on time delivery;
(ii) Response customer complains on supplier's incoming materials under the guidence of supervisor and completing 8D report independently.
(iii) Asisst with PQE to do root cause analysis, preventive improvement actions and follow-up in order to improve supplier's process capability.
(iii) Audit suppliers on site to prevent potential quality risk in order to improve process capability.
Continuous Improvement
(i) Sharing best practices among suppliers in order to prevent customer complains.
(ii)Monitor supplier's CoPQ data and push improvement actions , ensure actions are well implemented in order to reduce scrap rate;
(Iii) Recognize CoPQ improving opportunities on supplier's processes to achieve TEBIT material saving.
(iV)Initiate 6 Sigma & Kaizen activites in order to continuously improve quality performances.
Reporting & Training
(i) Fast response customer complaints with 5D/8D reports in order to improve ECE;
(ii) Weekly & monthly report quality performance or risks in order to promote lesson learn or prevention.
(iii) Deliver training periodically to QC team on latest quality knowledge in order to improve their skills.

Colleage or above
Major in science or engineering
Experience in quality assurance is preferred
Open minded
Good communication skills
Good at writing and oral English
