Role Statement Independently lead and deliver medium-to-large scale continuous improvement projects using TEOA lean methodologies. Acts as a key contributor to plant KPI improvement and star level achievement, provides advanced technical guidance to CI team members, and ensures sustainable deployment of improvement results aligned with plant TEOA objectives.
Key Responsibilities/Objectives
Support and promote the implementation of TE’s TEOA policies, procedures and systems; ensure compliance and consistent application within improvement projects.
Independently lead the preparation of continuous improvement project plans, including scope definition, target setting, timeline and resource planning; apply TEOA tools such as 5S+1, VSM, Visual Factory, Standard Work, QCPC, TPM, Quick Change Over, Mistake Proofing, Cell Design, Material Replenishment & Flow, 3P, Six Sigma, VOC, etc.; participate in and facilitate key project meetings (kick-off, kaizen events, reviews and wrap-up).
Lead current state analysis and root cause analysis; evaluate feasibility of improvement proposals; use data analysis to support diagnosis accuracy and decision-making.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and shopfloor resources (people, equipment, tooling) to ensure smooth project execution; track key deliverables and KPIs; proactively identify and resolve implementation issues; report project progress and results to the TEOA manager.
Ensure improvement results are standardized through SOPs, visual management and training; support sustainable deployment and replication of best practices across value streams.
Provide technical guidance and on-the-job coaching to junior CI specialists (if need); support lean tool and awareness training at plant level.
Apply digital tools and data analytics to support lean deployment and value stream transformation; support digital factory initiatives and data-driven improvement projects.

岗位职责与任职要求
Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
- Bachelor degree, major in engineering related preferred;
- Five years’ work experience in manufacturing industry; solid skills on manufacturing process improvement, layout optimization etc.;
- Good English reading and writing skill;
- Demonstrated experience in using LEAN concepts such as value stream mapping;
- Ability to work effectively, in a diverse, multidiscipline team environment;
- Employ organizational skills, managing diverse workload for multiple customers;
- Project management, data analysis and possess the ability to analyze data for decision making;
