Working Student - KPI Dashboards & Data Analytics (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain, validate and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Analyse data, KPI definitions and reporting logic to identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
• Support the integration and automation of data flows from sources such as ERP systems, SAP, SharePoint and Excel.
• Help structure and improve data models, master data and reporting processes.
• Gather requirements and coordinate open topics with stakeholders across different business functions.
• Translate complex data and KPIs into clear, management-ready insights and visualizations.
• Support project planning, documentation and implementation of reporting and analytics improvements.

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or a comparable field.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard development, data modelling, Power Query and/or DAX).
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, business KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Good knowledge of Excel; experience with SAP, ERP systems, SharePoint, SQL or similar data sources is an advantage.
• Interest in data architecture, reporting automation and business processes.
• Structured and reliable working style with good communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
