Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Overview:

As a member of the Global Industrial Commercial Transportation (ICT) Marketing team, the Sr. Manager Integrated Marketing will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive omni-channel industry marketing campaigns.

 

Leading a team of event, content and creative specialists, the Sr. Manager Integrated Marketing will be responsible for all components of campaign development, implementation and measurement. They will also look across all Global ICT campaigns to ensure that our various channels and messages are working together to consistently articulate the value of TE to our customers, employees, partners and influencers worldwide.

 

The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working across the marketing mix and be an expert at communicating in written, oral and digital forms. The Sr. Manager Integrated Marketing will demonstrate the strategic thinking required to create thoughtful, impact-focused plans as well as execute tactical program elements. The ability to build strong relationships and adapt quickly to changes in plans, goals or objectives will be key to success in this role.

 

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities.

  • Ensure alignment of campaign strategy with Global ICT marketing strategy and business priorities
  • Create, implement and measure the impact of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging all marketing channels - advertising, public relations, digital / social media, collateral and events
  • Drive global events including tech days, trade shows, and other events aimed at growing ICT’s core markets.
  • Lead a team responsible for creating and maintaining marketing materials including newsletters, technical literature, presentations, trade show material, direct mail and advertisements
  • Support BU communications, working closely with Corporate Communications teams to ensure alignment in campaign messaging
  • Accountability for sales and marketing automation and Connect to Sales (C2S) sales 
  • Implementation of lead scoring and campaign generation in support of marketing efforts.
  • Own marketing scorecard and key campaign KPIs.

 

Key Tasks:

  • Serve as global resource and Center of Excellence for ICT marketing content, design and campaign practices that support global and regional marketing strategies
  • Lead a small but global team of content, event, and creative marketers who serves as a shared resource within the ICT marketing team
  • Monitor and measure campaign Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure we consistently implement successful promotional campaigns and programs
  • Manage assigned budget 

 

Qualifications:

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or public relations required
  • 8-10 years marketing experience including a demonstrated ability to produce effective omni-channel marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to understand technical information, be concise, and capture interest
  • Experience interacting with executive management
  • Experience managing agency relationships
