Ihre Aufgaben:

Übernahme des MPS (Master Production Schedule) Prozesses inklusive regelmäßiger Präsentation vor dem Werksmanagement
Einführung eines effektiven S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) -Prozesses
Stammdatenmanagement im Rahmen des S&OE/MPS Prozesses
Vertretung von SAP IBP IO (Inventory Optimizer) Themen
Abstimmung der Bestände und Reichweiten mit den Produktionsplanern
Entwicklung, Anpassung und dauernde Überprüfung von Sicherheitsbeständen und dem Konzept dazu
Festlegen von Steuerungsparametern für Rohmaterial, Komponenten, Fertigprodukte
Durchführung von bereichsspezifischen Projekten e.g. Verlagerung von Produktionsanlagen, Neuprojekte
Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen, TE Werken e.g. S&OP, Einkauf und externen Lieferanten
Mitarbeiterführung innerhalb zweier Produktionsplanungs-Gruppen (Assembly / Molding) an unterschiedlichen Standorten (Wört/Sinbronn)

Anforderungen:

Bachelor-Abschluss in BWL, Management oder Logistik
3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
Managementerfahrung ist wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Prozessoptimierung
Starke Kommunikations- und Analysefähigkeiten
Planungserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain
Kenntnisse in der Automobilindustrie sind von Vorteil
Grundkenntnisse mit Six Sigma
SAP R2 Kenntnisse
SAP S/4 Hana Grundkenntnisse wünschenswert
Führerschein
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
