Production Coordinator I - Plating
OVERVIEW
The position is handles actual material requisition, parallel with SAP application and monitor daily production reports.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Awareness of Quality targets & 5S+1 (Sort, Set, Shine, Shine, Standardize and Sustain)
- Real-time and accurate input on SAP system for required information of parts being used and processed.
- Creation of 3S barcode for production parts.
- Monitor and notify production on PO released per part numbers.
- Update the daily Production input and output monitoring.
- Coordinate with cross-functional team for any support & help needed.
- Monitor & update daily production check sheets.
- Work in all 3 shifts on weekly rotation basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- An associate degree is preferred.
- At least 1+year experience in material system transaction.
- With knowledge on production process, preferably from stamping company.
- Has background in using SAP system/ MRP or other system for transaction of material, WIP and Finish goods.
- With good communication skill and manner.
- Adaptable to changes in process and workload.
- Analytical and computer literate.
- Can work efficiently as individual and as a team member.
Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Plating Teams operate assigned automated plating machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.
