Equipment Maintenance Technician
JOB OVERVIEW
TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and/or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.
Responsible for Production Equipment Maintenance of Molding, Stamping, Assembly and Plating Area related to Mechanical Issues.
1. High Knowledgeable on the Operation and Maintenance of the following Production Equipment:
a. Injection Molding
b. Stamping Machine
c. Assembly Equipment
d. Plating Line
e. Mist Eliminator
f. Scrubber
g. DI System and Water Treatment facilities
2. Knowledgeable in the Safety Inspection and Acceptance of Production Equipment such as the following:
a. Machine Guarding
b. Safety Control Reliability
3. Capable of Thinking Out of the box for Process Improvement and able to implement Total Production Maintenance of all production machines.
4. Can Implement Kaizen, Visual Management, and 5S on a consistent basis.
5. Knowledgeable on ISO 9001, ISO 45000, ISO 14001 and can contribute to sustain the certification.
6. Hardworking, initiative, and strong passion for work.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree (Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronics) or Vocational School Graduate
- Minimum of 5-year experience as Equipment Maintenance Technician handling specifically Molding, Stamping and Assembly equipment related to mechanical components of the machine.
- Knowledge on Electrical and Electronics Wiring Diagrams, Mechanical Troubleshooting, Knowledgeable on Pneumatic and Hydraulic Control System
