Is responsible for obtaining product approvals or certifications from national accreditation bodies, as well as maintaining existing certifications and updating them in accordance with new specifications. Additionally, provides the necessary technical support to customers and the internal sales team. These activities support the achievement of established sales objectives, aligned with the company’s vision through the implementation of “ECE – Extraordinary Customer Experience.”
Is also responsible for coordinating, together with the Sales team, workshops and training courses to promote TE Energy products, as well as proposing an annual schedule for customer development.
Provides technical and administrative support to the Utility and Industrial Energy sales teams.

Conduct product certification processes, including the development of test plans, test witnessing, and follow-up with accredited certification bodies.

Identify the technical scope of potential business opportunities and develop value-added technical proposals for key projects.

Provide technical support to the internal sales team for customer presentations and on-site visits.

Review customer specifications and confirm requested part numbers in coordination with the sales team.

Participate in forums or seminars by delivering technical product presentations.

Actively participate in standardization committees to define product technical characteristics in accordance with local and national standards and specifications.

Perform field testing of products and validate product performance to achieve customer acceptance.

Maintain communication with Product Managers to share new product ideas and provide insights on local market technology trends to support new product conceptualization.
Cómo debería ser tu experiencia:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical or energy sector.

Knowledge of electrical distribution networks and low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in teams, under pressure, and perform administrative tasks.

Advanced English proficiency.

Experience with Salesforce (preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred).

Ability to interpret electrical diagrams; willingness to travel and perform fieldwork.
