Key Responsibilities
- Implement and sustain the TEOA system through the annual deployment plan.
- Facilitate and lead Kaizen events and Lean transformation projects.
- Develop Value Stream Mapping to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive efficiency and productivity projects impacting cost (TEBIT).
- Establish continuous flow processes and reduce waste.
- Manage Lean programs such as 5S, LPA, Kaizen Idea Program, and recognition initiatives.
- Ensure the effective use of visual management tools (Andon, Kanban, Tier boards, Kamishibai, Kaizen wall).
- Train and coach employees on Lean methodologies (Standard Work, SMED, TPM, 5S, Kanban).
- Track and follow up on strategic transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Purchasing, and Finance.
- Lead and develop interns or assigned team members in continuous improvement practices.
Cómo debería ser tu experiencia:
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Manufacturing experience (aerospace or medical preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Lean Manufacturing (advanced).
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Kaizen and continuous improvement projects.
- Project management skills.
- Data analysis and statistics.
- SAP/MRP knowledge (preferred).
- Lean tools (5S, SMED, TPM, Kanban).
- Problem-solving methodologies (8D).
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
Languages:
- Advanced English required.
