- Reception of new or transferred machine and supervising of installation.
- Sampling activity
- Supporting on technical issues (pre serial and improvement)
- Establish swi
- Supporting production team(training before during ramp up plan)
- Ensure ram up plan
- Supporting on the installation of new or transferred machines.
- Execution of the action plan
- Participating on claims analysis,
- Participate in the conception and execution of new solutions.
- Chasing improvement opportunities.
- Define the reference parameters of camera and sensors (during validation)
- Ensure the good functioning of check stations.
- Ensure the layout update and optimization
- Participating in the elaboration of PFMEA
- Reception and installation of process equipment
- Ensure the respect of the defined layout for each machine.
- Ensure the respect of SWI.
- Ensure the respect of process parameters.
- Define and create the dummies parts and related SWI

What your background should look like:
Mechanical Electro-Mechanical Technician
1 to 2 years of experience
• Solid knowledge of CAD
• Capacity analysis
• Experience in fully automatic ,precise processes
• Solid knowledge of automation
• Machine programming
• Sensors or cameras teaching and setting
