Tasks and Responsibilities
•As account manager for a particular customer accountable for regional profitable sales growth, development of new business opportunities and maintaining customer satisfaction.
•Review of customer contracts and coordination with legal and other involved departments
•Responsible and accountable for delivering the regional annual growth plans in regard to the specific segment as well as further defining the account specific regional tactic under consideration of segment’s global strategy and TE’s strategies.
•Assess and qualify new business opportunities and manage and provide new product streams.
•Prepare regional results (monthly billing review, monthly rolling F/cast and market project highlights)
•Prepare financial justifications and presentation, quotations and negotiations of specific projects as well as pricing of existing business with special focus of profitability and contracting with customers.
•In Total, the Account manager must be perceived as the Customer’s champion within the TE organization and has to ensure that TE is perceived as the primary supplier of choice by the customer.
•Responsible for accounts receivables on time.
What your background should look like:
EDUCATION
•BE/ B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical). “Engineering School preferred”.
•Knowledge of MS-Office.
CRITICAL EXPERIENCE
•3+ years of experience managing customer accounts. Team handling is preferred
•Good exposure to automotive OEM’s / Tier-1s
•Exposure to Interconnection ecosystem (Harness makers, component manufacturer’s) preferred.
