Tasks Summary & Responsibilities
- Reports to the Laboratory Supervisor.

Performs measurements and analyzes results per production and customer requirements.

Maintains measuring equipment and laboratory documentation.

Supports the Quality Management System compliant with International Automotive Task Force IATF 16949, and ensures adherence to safety, environmental, and legal regulations.

Interprets technical drawings, ISO GPS, and GD&T requirements.

Conducts layout inspections for PPAP, transfers, and NPI.

Reports equipment issues and recalibration needs.

Trains and supports lab staff in measurement methods and equipment use.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams on new or updated processes and products.

Drives quality improvement and ensures 5S+1 discipline in the laboratory.

Performs routine lab operations and equipment maintenance.

Handles pneumatic/manual gun control, dummy calibration management, and water content testing.
Calibration & Metrology (Qualified Technicians)

Performs equipment calibration (internal/external) and maintains records.

Ensures proper handling, storage, and first-level maintenance of measuring equipment.
Responsabilités et Qualifications
Educational Degree
- BAC Technologic, Scientific, or Vocational BAC
- BAC+2 (BTS/DUT or equivalent) in Mechanics, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Electromechanics, or Physical Measurements
Professional Experience (years in processes and function)
- 2–3 years of experience in a technical environment (ideally laboratory: measurement / calibration / metrology fields)
- Beginners may be accepted under supervision
Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
- Written English
- Training in ISO/IEC 17025
- Statistical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Technical expertise in the measurement field
- Knowledge in calibration / metrology
- MS Office
- SAP
